Question about Zenith B27A11Z 27" TV
Sometimes TVs get reset after a power failure in which case it may default back to the setting it was prior to the initial purchase. When this occurs some, all, or noneof the channels may be locked. Go to the tv menu and run a channel scan this should find all the channels you want however you need to ensure you are scanning the proper source such as cable for cable or antenna for an aerial outdoor antenna. If you have satellitte you may need to power the STB off using the button on the STB itself. If that fails it may be a line of sight issue such as dish being moved by external forces e.g. windor kids.
Hope this helps you.
