I have a Sanyo SR-3770S Refrigerator and I defrosted it last night after turning it off and unplugging it. After it had defrosted I plugged it back in and turned it back on at a medium setting and let it sit for over 8 hrs. I returned and it was still at room temp. It sounds the same as it did before no new noises and I looked for a defrost button and was unable to find one anywhere in the unit.

Greetings
Do you hear the compressor running and no refrigeration? If yes, feel around the back fror the condenser coils.Near the compressor ,the condenser tubing should be very hot to the touch. If not , you have no or low refridgerant. You may have punctured an evap coil during defrost.

After 8 hours evaporator should be ice cold.

If compressor is not running it's thermostat

That's the refrigerant coming out. Major fix. I am not a ref tech, so I do not know if there is a guaranteed welding technique to do an effective weld on those refrigerator coils.

MY REFRIGERATOR'S EXTERIOR WALL ARE BOTH HOT WHEN IT IS RUNNING. HOW TO FIX IT?

It is possible that the condenser coils are located in the side wall panel. This is fairly normal is small refrigerators.

Tha comparesor do not work

If the refrigerator is getting power and the thermostat is good and the compressor is receiving power and does not run, then the compressor is no good or the start capacitor (if there is one) is no good. Replacing the capacitor is better since replacing the compressor is expensive; when you factor in the labor cost and age of unit, often the best thing is to just go out and get a new fridge.

My Sanyo SR-3770s mini fridge is too cold. It is not a mini freezer/fridge combo, just a mini fridge. The problem occurs whenever the fridge is on. All I have looked up for fixing a fridge that is too cold...

The cold control needs replacing. Thats the knob with the numbers that turn the Ref OFF and ON.
What I do is call my local Appliance Parts Store with my model no. They are extremely helpful .

WATER SPLASHING IN FREEZER AT ICEMAKER
THE FILL TUBE IN BACK OF REFRIGERATOR CAN SLIP
AGAINST THE FILL RESERVOIR CAUSING A PARTIAL BLOCKAGE
OR BECOME CLOGGED WITH ICE.
REMOVE THE ICEMAKER AND INSPECT THE FILL TUBE.
RUN WATER IN TUBE TO ELININATE BLOCKAGE AND CHECK
TEMP IN FREEZER. IF TEMP IS BELOW 0 DEGREES, THATS
OVERKILL AND USUALLY A WASTE OF ELECTRICITY TO KEEP IT THAT COLD, NOT TO MENTION THE FILL TUBE FREEZING UP

After someone cleaned my sanyo 3370 refrigerator it's on nut not getting cold.I hear a noise but not sure what it is.

it sounds like ice has built up on the evaporator. This is will prevent air flow that will cool the fridge, it will also touch the fan and make a noise.
You may find that the defrost heater has been dislodged from it's normal position and can no longer melt the ice on defrost.
You should get a technician to fix this problem

Freezer compartment on Sanyo SR-3660S

Nope. That's about $800 bucks in damage that only a licensed professional CFC tech could "possibly" repair with very specialized equipment. I'm afraid that was a fatal blow to your refrigerator.
