I cannot turn on my brand new plantronics headphones. please help me!

That kind of problem is related to wrong drivers on the Win 10. Visit Plantronics site and download last drivers specifically for Win 10 and your device.

I would suggest that you have a faulty 903. Your remedy should be to return it to your retailer for a new one.

On your laptop you will need to change the settings in the Sound & Audio Devices to your Plantronics Backbeat 903.

Delete the device from the phone, then re-pair the headphones with the phone. If you just turn on the headphones, the device cannot connect because the headphones store the information that you already deleted it on the phone. To pair again with the other device (like a computer, phone, etc) you need to turn off the headphones, then turn on the headphones but press the power/pair button and hold until the led flashes red and blue (like 10 sec after the led turn only blue) to put it in discovery mode. Then turn on your phone and follow the instructions for finding (discovering) your bluetooth headset.

I have the same problem. Blue led but unable to turn on my brand new backbeat 903+

When turning on your headset you should see the blue light flashing for a small brief time. If that is not happening, check to make sure that the headset is paired up with your cell phone.
