|Dont get a new guitar: get a new idsk. The disk may have scripting errors on it preventing the fret bar from working. If this doesnt work, then it is the system. Get the system checked.
Hope it helps.

I have a 2015 Gibson LPM with the zero fret nut. I have replaced the brass zero fret nut with the replacement that Gibson sent me. My problem is with the G string not intonating. Other strings r fine.

It's possible the fretboard radius and bridge radius doesn't match so that the zero fret isn't making enough contact. It may be possible to recut either the nut slot or the saddle to get it all to work. Find a good repairman, not a guitar cener guy, or if it was bought new, send it back to Gibson under warranty.

Playing bar chord at A 5th fret fine move to 7th fret amp gets loud and pops. normal gain at 3 to 4 volume dwn wont do it

Sorry I remember now this is a solid state amplifier,
try electronics spray contact cleaner in the pots of the amp, you will need to unplug and remove the chassis of the amp to do this, there are little notches on the pots, that's where you want to spray, and work the nob back and forth completely, do this to all volume, treb, bass, etc... I know this will fix your problem because I have done this about 100 times servicing amplifiers, the way a solid state circuit works if the pots are dirty the circuit doesn't complete properly causing volume issues, really hope this helps?

Why is the blue fret button on Guitar Hero 2 is stuck in down position?

Perhaps the micro switch under the fret button is faulty. return it to the shop and have them test it.

BC Rich Warlock Frets catch high E string

It sounds lie the frets aren't seated correctly. This will need to go to a professional repairman. It's too easy to mess your guitar up if it's done wrong.

12/24/2012: XBOX 360/RB3-WIRELESS FENDER MUSTANG PRO-GUITAR: WON'T PLAY "FRET NOTES"

If your guitar was not purchased new (since it was hard to find these guitars late in the life cycle) then perhaps it was already faulty before you received it.

6 th string 14-18 th fret buzzing coming out of the back of the amp reverb resonance presence all turned down brought it back where I got it they said it was all good

The problem MIGHT be with the guitar and this amp may be capable of presenting the sound from the guitar. Put a "fake fret" on the guitar... a piece of coathanger wire laid by the offending fret that will slightly raise the string for a test. Does it still buzz with the strings slightly higher, but at same tone... Note you might have to tune the strings SLIGHTLY with this fake fret to get on exactly the same pitch as using the normal fret... If the amp still buzzes with teh strings in no way creating the buzz, the problem is likely something in the cabinetry or chassis that is resonating at that pitch.

right near the strum bar towards the colored fret buttons you should see a small button with an arrow on it. if you press the button in and slide in the direction of the arrow the battery compartment cover should come off easily. see video or pics.
