Keep getting "cannot connect" message
Before my desktop recently died, was running Window 2000 Pro on that and had no problems????
If you mean connect through the IP Setup Program, you have to disable Windows Firewall on XP or higher machines. The IP Setup program will not see the cameras until firewall is disabled
