Lg lht854....wont play sound out of rear and center speakers

Try setting it first on surround mode because it is normal for the rear speakers not to come on when it is the surround mode is off. For the center speakers make sure it is hooked up properly. Follow the instruction if you have one. Lastly I never heard of center speakers have two speakers in it but if it does and you only have one set of wire to it then one of the speakers is no good.

The speakers are hooked but theres no sound

Here's a few things to check:
1. make sure the polarity of your speaker wires is correct at all the speakers. If you've accidently connected a speaker + to a ground, you'll lose sound.
2. With the deck playing, disconnect one speaker at a time to isolate the problem.

Right speaker has a zzzzzzzz sound

Your speaker might have a loose housing. To check this, try shaking the speaker up, down, and side to side gently and see if you hear any rattling. If you do, and you are good with opening things and electronics, then look at the speaker all around and see if you see any screws. If you do, then take them out and carefully separate the halves, front, or back (it depends on where the screws are). If you do not, then there should be a way you can pop the front protective cover off that protects the speaker from foreign objects. You should be able to look through the second protective cover (if there is one) and see the speaker. Try playing something and see if you can find the source of the rattling. If you can see a tear or all that you see is the speaker shaking when you hear the sound and you did not here rattling, then you may need a new set of speakers. If you can, try to tighten the housing.

Rattle Problem w/ subwoofer

When you put the new foam, maybe the cone went off center. Get a new kit, and re-do the job with more care. Check to make sure that the spider is okay, and that the speaker coil is not warped or anything like that.

There are speaker companies the professionaly rebuild speakers. They are better equiped and have the jiggs and facilities to properly rebuild the speaker from the coil up.

If you really want your speakers, you should consider giving the complete set out for rebuilding and testing.

Knocking sound out of right side of yamaha sub

The speaker on the non-playing side is blown. Disconnect it or the amp will get fried as well. The coil has loosened from its form and is rattling against the speaker frame. If the insullation on the coil wires gets worn enough,it will short against the frame and possibly smoke that amp channel.
