-   Washer starts normal, but after almost 2 minutes it stopsand  chimes with error code LE. This happened once b4 and required a new motor.How often do motors go out if used daily for 16 months.-   Guest

LE is a motor problem.. You can find details in the service manual at this website link... http://136.166.4.200/contents/Dishwasher/LDS5811/LDS5811_Service_Manual.pdf
Page 25 discusses that error code and possible solutions
