There is a normal setting of the thermostat for the fridge and freezer and you can select the fridge setting to be lower than normal than what is set presently.
If there is no change then the thermostat is not cutting off the cooling and so there is no control of temperature within the fridge. Allow the lowest setting of the thermostat in the fridge section to confirm this fault.
If you open the back panel of your freezer box you will see that too much ice has accumulated and the ice is probably sometimes touching the motor; that is the cause of the noise;
what you need is to let that ice melt and the noise will go away
