Question about SanDisk Sansa Clip MP3 Player
First, make sure the hold/lock is not engaged. If not, Reset, upgrade the firmware, and run the Sansa Recovery Tool. If those methods do not fix the player, then it is a hardware issue, and the player will have to be replaced.
