How to crimp io box - Leviton (102-5G108-RW5)

Sounds to me like the ole lousy crimp connector on the end of a wire. When cold the crimp is good enough to work, but as it warms the crimp looses its grip a tad and things start to go down hill. Find feeds to fuse box and solder any wire crimps to get a good connection. Had this happen on a new chevy starter, same complaint.

If you mean the plug on the end of your incoming cable line that connects to the back of the TV or cable box, Radio Shack sells replacements. You can get crimp-on ones (a good mechanical connection but requires a crimping tool, not expensive) or ones that twist onto the cable without special tools. If this is a connector on the end of a cable between a cable box or VCR and your TV, just get a new cable and don't worry about repair.
