Serial number for sandisk rescuepro v3.3

when loading the disk, and trying to use the program afterwards, it asks me to enter the serial number. where is this serial number found? there is nothing on the box that fits to the 5 boxes it asks to fill. the numbers on the box are: SDFX3-004G-A31 619659022396 (bar code) 80-56-05969-004G

-   I have the mini disk and installed it on PC.I thought the process was over when I clicked FINISH. Maybe not if there is a serial number can someone give it to me too.?

Even worse. I tried to install the mini disk on my MACBOOKPRO but it just spit it out.Is there a trick to getting the MAC to install the mini disc?
