A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Here is an explanation of your problem - http://support.microsoft.com/default...;en-us;Q314474
and ways of fixing it. Regards.
Download the file here http://www.dlldump.com/download-dll-.../download.html and replace the corrupted file .. it should be in C:\Windows\system32
When you boot up, go into Safe Mode (tap the f8 key as its starting to boot up and select Safe mode from the resulting menu). Now go to the 'problem' dll, right click on it and select rename. Rename it to ntdll.dll.old then paste the new .dll into the system32 file
Hope this helps
