I have a Sharp AR5316E I bought new about 3 years ago but only started using it about last year but found that it was only printing black and my technician who helped procure it new, after trouble shooting said the mother board is bad. How can I get a suitable mother board to replace the bad one?

I have bought things intended for future use but have never left anything in the box untested.
With the speed of assembly and manufacture, junk gets shipped by every company so one needs to know early if an item is DOA or not.
I don't think you have any recourse but to have it repaired at your cost or add it to the huge pike of other dead Asian electronics.
I'm afraid it looks like the printhead is broken. A quick google sees them at about £80. Compare this to the price of a new model. I think 5-6 years insn't too bad though
Hello sir; Make sure the cartridge you replace one is right one, then you can try to reset it ;
1, press "#", "interrupt", "c", "interrupt" keys.
2, enter 14 then press "start".
