Question about RCA B27TF680 27 in. TV/VCR/DVD Combo
I note that this a question about a disc that has successfully played once already! Which indicates that the disc player is ok.
Here is the method I have successfully applied many times.
Wash the disc in warm soapy water then rinse in running cold water.
Dry it gently with an absorbent lint-free cloth or teatowel.
(Always hold the disc only by its edges)
Then carefully inspect the disc surface under a good light. If you see any fingerpirnts or smears these can be removed with just a dab of methylated spirits on another piece of lint free cloth. Make sure it is good methylated spirits...not used and not the variety which is coloured purple or pink!
Finally, wipe the disc clean with piece of lint free cloth.
Now try and play the disc. If it does not work then it is either a poorly copied disc or has been damaged in some way.
When you get this sort of failure happen...make sure to play another dvd or cd straight away...not the disc you just played...this will confirm whether the player itself has an intermittent fault or not.
Never use abrasive materials on discs or the lens on the player.
Use a good "Wet type" cleaning disc to clean the lens. These are available from any Audio/tv retail shop or the "2 dollar shops."

If you sure that the system supports the disc's format.. And it play other only once... try to clean the CD lens.
