I think that there is only a loosed or cold solder in the t-con board or some bulge up or leaky capacitor in the power supply. Try to remove the back cover of your unit then observe carefully if there is a bad capacitor in the power supply, if you see this bulge up or leaky capacitor try to replace it but be sure to observe the polarity, because this bad capacitor will cause your unit to malfunction this bad capacitor is producing a low and unfiltered dc output voltage.
