- Have solved my problem using the following procedures.- Unistalled the web'n'walk software using default "uninstall device" program software.
- Re-installed my O/S software "WINDOWS VISTA PREMIUM (with service pack 1), 32 bit software. Making sure that i had an internet connection before proceding with the install.
- Hey - presto, when installing my web'n'walk device following "autoset-up" steps, that it was running perfectley.

There is a VERY good chance that your USB HSPA Modem is not compatible/complient with Microsoft Vista. There are very few older parts on the market that are compatible.
You can also go to the manufacture web site of the HSPS modem and see if there are any Vista Drivers. If not, then you are out of luck.
