You can get it at any computer assessories shop or at any electronics shops who keeps computer spare parts .there r two wires you require for starting the printer
1)the usb wire(the connecting wire between the computer and the printer)
2)the power cord(its a three pin wire connecting to the main outlet).
and the last and the main thing the adaptor in which you connect the power cord wire it normally in built if not in built you can check out this link for any types of wire assessories they provide you
with a service at your place www.radioshack.com

It's a bad power supply. go to http://www.ebay.com and search for HP PSC 750 and there are numerous of new power supplies for the printer. Or, the wiring is dead inside the printer. Go to http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c01321436&lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&product=57769&lang=en
hi Clean the upper part of the scanner glass with soft cotton cloth. Ensure their are no visible marks on the glass.
the printer power cable is connected to the surge protector, connect it
directly to the wall jack and then perform power cycle on it.
Follow the steps below to power cycle your all-in-one:
1. Verify that the unit is switched on. Unplug the all-in-one from power and disconnect the connection port. 2. Wait 30 seconds. 3. Plug in the power only. 4. Repeat steps 2-4 two more times. 5. On the third time after plugging the unit into power, reconnect the connection port from the all-in-one to your computer.
After performing power cycle, you need to perform semi-full reset.
Press and hold Cancel and the Left Arrow key on the front panel keypad, while plugging in the power cord. Put the printer as stand alone and try copying any normal document by placing it on the scanner glass.
persists check if the scanner bulb is glowing and also able to move. If
the scanner bulb is either not moving or glowing, the problem is
related with hardware and needs to be serviced.
OK I'll Give you three steps to try and then I'll give you a recommendation
With the usb cable connected unplug the power cable from the printer while it is on and wait for 30 seconds now unplug the power cable from the wall jack and then replug the power cable from the walljack and then to the printer. now check if your printer gives the same error.
try another usb cable for the printer
Hold the usb cable with your hand and see if the status changes .If it doesn't
Its the usb port of your printer gone bad. Its a nice printer hardly any problems to Hp customers at all,but unfortunately well you know what Im gonna say.
Anyway call in to hp at 1800-474-6836 and directly ask for an upgrade nothing else and you will get a 50% discount on an all In one printer. with a years hardware and software problems covered. you can extend this plan on the spot. Now If you face any hardware or software issues then your printer will be replaced free of cost for hardware problems. If its a software issue the hp tech will take a remote access of your computer and make your printer work perfectly.
You may want to try resetting the printer to see if the error can be cleared. If not, you may have a hardware problem that will reqiure service to correct the issue.
HP PSC 750 All-in-One Printer
Printer Partial Reset: 1. Hold down the "Cancel" and Left Arrow buttons while plugging in the power cord.
If that fails you can try a "Hard Reset".
Printer Hard Reset: 1. Verify that the unit is switched on. 2. Remove the power cable from the back of the machine. 3. Wait 30 seconds. 4. Press and hold the POWER button on the front panel. 5. Reinsert the power cable in the backside of the unit.
Absolutely ! Your PSC 750 will work with an external network, but it may not set up for the network automatically, you might (not necessarily) need to install additional driver software and set up manually.
1)right click the my computer icon 2)click properties and then click hardware n go to device manager. 3)uninstall all usb ports and then scan for hardware changes 4)ur pc will detect your printer and ask for printer drivers 5)re load drivers and your pc will communicate with your printer 6)for reloding install the cd follow the instructions on the screen and click next 7)restart when the printer is loded.connect the wires and cords properly.
I have this same printer PSC 750 and I will tell you what I see on this cable.
One end is a standard USB cable as you know and the other end is a square I guess femail thing about as big around as an ink pen. I would have to get over to some photo of a USB B cable to verify what you call it. Yes at this link is a photo of what I have as the original cable except mine is black(who cares?). This one at this site is 12 bucks....
