My front panel headphone& mic connecting pcb have only 7 slots and the cable is named as 1)LINE OUT FR,2)LINE OUT RR,3)LINE OUT FL,4)LINE OUT RL,5)MIC IN(R),6)GROUND,7)MIC POWER(L) how can it connect...

FR stands for Front Right, FL for Front Left, RR for Rear Right and RL for rear left. These are speakers connections. You need a convertr cable to connect your headphones with your PC. After getting cable, connect it with FR and FL or RR and RL pair. Your headphone will be working. Similarly get the cabl for Mono to Stereo Mic and you can connect your mic too. Pluging in extra usb ports/Mic and headphone jacks from the tower

Answer me this. You're case is an Antec tower? The motherboard is the Asus P4P800 SE ? Is this correct?
If you have you're manual you can see what goes where on the board for front panel connector page. 2-31. (This diagram shows you how to connect the front mic & speaker).
To connect the Antec's front USB ports plug the case USB front connectors onto USB56 & USB78 shown on page. 2-30. Most case wires are already set within their USB connectors & the Antec's front USB connector should fit right on the mother board's pin's. If you need you're user manual, download from Asus by clicking on this link. http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?modelname=P4P800%20SE&SLanguage=en-us

Good Luck!
Mike

Havimg prob with the 2 usb ports located in front

Hi manky, Normally front USB ports have a pair of 4 wire cable with connectors marked red wire is vcc; white wire is -D; green wire is +D; and black wire is gnd. The motherboard would normally have two pairs of dual pin connectors that would be sitting side by side or in-line with uneven pins - 4 and 5 pins; then another 4 and 5 pins. Please refer to the attached simple diagram for your connection. For some reason I couldn't get hold of a manual from the Gigabyte site of your particular model GA-81KHXT. Nonetheless hopes this works for you. Pls post again how things turn up. Good luck and kind regards.
