My Suzuki swift is just under 3 years old. I recently replaced a brake light bulb. Since then I have discovered that my dashboard light is not working, although the digital displays are. My tail lights are now not working and although the headlights are working the side lights aren't. Not sure what if any of these problems are related?

It is 2011, thus a 2006 car is more than 3 years old. however it could still be under a 5/50 bumper to bumper warranty so call a dealer and find out. if not you have an electrical problem and a dealer diagnostic is the way to go, also this could be a common suzuki problem or something covered by a recall. dealers may be more expensive labor rate wise, but they tend to fix cars the right way the first time which can save money in the long run.

I recently replaced the front rotors, brake pads and master cylinder in my 2003 Durango. I've since discovered that the brake lights are not working, including the 3rd brake light in the tailgate. I...

Hello, Well there is not much more it could be unless you have a shorted wire or a burned fuse. I would normally think that the turn signal canceler was bad but the 3rd brake light will still work if that is bad so I would check all fuses and for bare or shorted wires.

2004 Verona: how to change the brake light bulb in rear...

I just replaced 2 break light bulbs in less than 10 minutes on my 04 Suzuki Verona.

First lift your trunk lid and go to whichever side that needs replacement. There was a pull down attachment that gives you access to the whole assembly.

When you have access to the assembly locate the 2 top bulbs which will be for the brakes. Turn the plastic piece which holds the bulb counter-clock-wise to get to the bulb.

Pull out old bulb(you may have to twist it slightly). I bought a replacement pack which came with 3 bulbs(#1157). Then insert new bulb into socket until firm.

Then put it back into the housing and turn clockwise to lock it in.

Then repeat the same process for the next bulb and your good to go!

If you are having any kind of difficulties with it your owners manual shows you how under bulb replacement.

I changed the back right tire on my 1989 suzuki swift gti, and now the break light won't go off and the rotor is grinding. It was fine before but i don't know how to fix it, what should I do?

as changing a tyre has nothing to do with the other faults you describe, try changing the bulb for the brake light.and check rotors/brake pads for wear.

How do I change my front headlight bulb? 1996 Suzuki swift

At the rear of the headlight under the hood, you will see the nylon bulb holder. Squeeze the tab to unlock it, and turn it counterclock wise. Pull it out, and, with out touching the bulb with naked fingers, pull the old bulb out, and put the new one in. The natural oil on your fingers, the stuff that makes finger prints, will cause the bulb to fail prematurely, so, use a paper towel or gloves to handle the new bulb.

Suzuki swift Headlight problem

Have you checked to see if this is a wiring problem or maybe a relay problem?

Recently my lights would work on side lights and not anything else and this was down to dodgy wiring and needed a new relay unit.
