change the water valve on the dish washer.send the model number and i can tell you the part number or if your dryer has it check to see if something is stuck under the float inside the dish washer,if it's stuck up in the air it stops the water from coming into the machine
Some dishwashers have some sort of float switch. They can stick , try rocking dish washer if stuck mid cycle, I would make sure the food collect grid at bottom is clear, try flushing machine through with an empty load now and then, you can buy stuff for cleaning dishwasher insides too. pete
Hi If you are noticing that the dishes are not clean, then there are a few things to check for. Check the soap powder if it’s kept in a dry environment. Also try replacing the powder with something like a gel or liquid. Next thing to check for is the water pressure and fill valve. Check if the water is filling in and the spray arms are throwing the water with enough pressure. Try and listen to the sound if you hear a proper spraying action sound. If it seems as a low water pressure then check the fill valve. Now, check if dishwasher is draining the water or not. While the dishwasher is working check whether the dishwasher is draining and there is not much left out water after the cycle is complete. Try cleaning the spray arm with a soft brush. The water temperature plays a major role in cleaning of dishes. The temp should be between 125 and 150 F for dishwasher to clean the dishes. Daniel
We also have a Quiet series 100 and had the same problem, the dishes always came out dingy or with food all over them. My washer is about 5 years old and worked well for about 4 of them but the last year has been doing a poorer and poorer job washing the dishes. I finally broke down and removed the racks and all of the plastic parts from the inside of the washer. Doing this revealed that the groves in the under side of most of the plastic parts was clogged with food and debris. After a good scrubbing with water and a brush then reassembly it worked like a new washer again, cleaning the dishes very well and the best part is it saved us about $700.00 for another washer.
what does the green light say hit cancel it may be a reminder that the dishes are clean if you give me the complete model i can look up the tech sheet a stuck button can also flash rapidly cancel will clear it
