Delonghi esf461st oven not heating up

We have the above oven and it has stopped working. the element does not heat up when used for oven function but it does for grill function. is the problem likely to be the switch or a thermostat faulty (I assume that the thermostat is not used for grilling). a wiring diagram would help but I couldn't find one on line.

Oven not heating but grill and fan working on DeLonghi GDF 603 L.Does this mean the element is broken? Or is there another fault. All wiring looks OK and tested live. Just no heat to element. Time to replace?

    Thanks

Grill element is separate from oven element. i assume this is a fan oven. take rear panel off inside the oven and the oven element is exposed and you can often see the damage. toncheck properly, take the rear cover off outside the oven and terminals of the element are in view. check for continuity with a multimeter

The setting with the fan is fan only function.

No resistance in a bake element is a bad element. Replace it.
Most fan come on with a rise in heat. No heat/no fan.

Delonghi range oven

Bake- Normal convection- both upper and lower heating elements.

Conv. Bake- Semi-forced convection- both upper and lower elements, heat is then distributed throughout the oven via the fan.

Broil- radiation- The heat is radiated by the ifrared broil element.

Broil & Fan- Radiation and Ventilation- The radiated heat from the infra-red broiling element is distributed throughout the oven via the fan.
