Question about HTC P3300 Smartphone
My phone went "OFF" yeatsrday. On pressing the "ON" button a notification was displayed "Battery is low recharge it or replace it to continue". I immediately connected to the AC charger for 6 hours, but there was no green light. When I press the "ON" button it does not "ON". The phone is dead now. Please help.
On following the steps as stated in my problem text. I kept the phone idle for 2 hours, then I pressed the "ON" button, the screen lighted up and then went "off" again. I again pressed the "ON" button, the screen lightened up and the windows setup completeded in 2-3 minutes. The phone started to work. I think the phone got hanged since the battry went too low. Now it is working OK. I will always keep the battry charged.
I thank you and all your team mates for all the assistance you have extended in solving my problem. I am grateful that your site gives ample knowledge to sort such problems by the user.
Once again thanks a lot,
