Kingston pen drive not detected?
have you tried on another computer? most likely you unplugged it without stopping it first from the icon on the right corner that causes the 5 volts on the USB port to short it out and either erase the information or just ruins it.
plug it to another pc and see if it works that at least will tell you if it is the pc or the flash drive
if u format ur pen drive. then use this step -
Check out the registry under:
1)click on start button 2)clik on run dialog box 3)type regedit 4) HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\StorageDevicePolicies.
The value 'WriteProtect' should be absent or set to '0' and when you try to format it you have to format it as FAT16
This is an plug in plug out viruse which is automatically created when we plug in either plug out any pen drive there is no solution of this problem bco'z this is an hardware problem in any company pen drive.
