Go to your android market and go to search and type in skins or hello kitty skins. I have a few live skins that were free. hello kitty may charge a dollar or more.
Also u can go to setting tap skins and it should give you the option to "get more" that will take you to HTC sense you sign up and then u can browse what they have.
