Lost CD key code

If anyone can help me I'd really appreciate it! I've lost my CD key code (my house was robbed) for my GoVideo D2730. The original company is no more and they people who've taken it over cannot help me at all. I need to wipe my computer system clean due to a virus but if I do I cannot stream my videos anymore....where can I get another key code?
