Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

When i try to turn on it keeps sayin low battery even tho i charged all night

Hello Brittany Martin,

It appears that there are quite a few after market retailers that have replacement batteries for your unit
(Creative Zen V Plus 2 GB) for sale...

If your unit was recently purchased ... you should probably consider returning it from whence it came... If however... you have charged it a couple of hundred times... the battery has reached the end of it's life-cycle... (not unlike your cell phone... if you have ever kept one long enough).

Battery replacement services are available...

The batteries are not terribly expensive... some come with complete kits for the BREAK-IT-YOURSELFERS

Al depends if you are a gambler or not... If you have never done electronics before...

First buy SHOULD BE... an anti-static wrist-band

(my favorite topic)...
Everybody always has to start someplace.

Good luck...

I got water in my creative zen and it won't turn on. Is there any way of fixing this?

Probably not.
Remove the battery and place the player in a warm sunny dry place for several days until it drys out completely. Replace the battery, charge it and the see if will work.

If the unit works when plugged in but won't charge, you probably need to replace the battery. An original manufacturer one will cost about 40 dolars and a compatible 3rd party one will cost about half that.

Refurbished Zen Creative

OK, i know this sounds "out there", but i had the same problem, tech support wouldn't help, and so i researched what was wrong, it's that the battery inside the unit (not just a regular battery) is dead....corrupted......flawed. It's the acids inside the battery that keep it charged or uncharged and what not. Sometimes those acids can be shifted in such a way that they can actually start to work again......and so what i'm getting at is that if you "hit" the zen player on the back acouple times and gradually hit it harder and harder...sometimes it can actually start working....I would try my best NOT to dent it however, because then you can't have any replacement of it....if this doesn't work...i would recomend getting either a zune 80gb (very nice) or and ipod classic, or even another zen product.

did you try to reset it and do a disk cleanup?

Frozen

if it keeps on rebuilding the library the disk had a bad spot on it try going in to recover mode and do a clean if that doesn't work do a format if that doesn't work download the latest firmware if that doesn't fix you will need a new hard drive or flash drive.
