Question about Car Audio & Video
I am sorry to tell you that if you do not have the remote, you can not clear the code. I work at an authorized Kenwood service center and I clear the codes on this and many other Kenwood radios all the time. You must have the remote to do it, no other way around it.
If you know anybody with a remote that you can borrow you could do this very easy. Let me know if you can get one, or if you want to buy one. I should be able to find a decent source for buying a remote. But without the remote the sequence of keys to press will do you no good.
Let me know if you can find a remote to borrow, or if you would like to purchase one, I will then tell you how to clear the security code.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
