Question about Samsung Refrigerators

Open Question

Xflow fan stopped working

I have a Samsung Cooltech super xflow refrigerator, the xflow fan that spins around at the back of the fridge (inside) that distributes the cool flow has stopped spinning and the little fan that controls it has stopped working (no noise from it at all). My question is, how do I change it or does anyone have a service manual on how to replace it?

Hi! I've got a problem with My Samsung cooltech plus fridge! Every 3min it rings 4 times nearly and the lamp inside the fridge doesn't work !! And the temperature is not low only in the fridge

It's probably telling you that a door is open (which would also explain why it's not getting cold, and probably the light just burnt out from being on for a long time). Check for things blocking the door from closing all the way, and look around the part where the door seals shut against the main part of the fridge.

Does the airflow keep rotating or does it stop in between? My samsung cooltech srv39 works fine but the airflow system does not move since last couple of days. How to fix this?

By airflow do you mean the fan. There is a condenser fan underneath at the back of the unit and there is an evaporator fan inside the freezer behind the rear cover. Both of them should be running anytime the compressor runs. You can see how to test the fan here- http://www.acmehowto.com/howto/appliance/refrigerator/refrigerator.php

Samsung Cooltech fridge - type SR-52NXA - when working very strange noise coming from the fridge. The "pole" from air mixing flow system is not turning/spinning

Yes, I had this problem. $85 visit from a very condescending repair man located a piece of old hard cheese that had become wedged in and stopped the thing from turning - the noise had been terrible. Fixed in 2 minutes - embarrassment lasted much longer.

Dripping water inside

At the back of the refrigerator, you will find a evaporation tray, unscrew it and empty it.

Assistance required

A thermostat would have nothing to do with this problem. Condensation occurs when warm air moves into a cold place. Check door gaskets or any possible way that warm air is getting into the cabinet.
