Question about Lexmark Office Equipment & Supplies
If a printer stops in the middle of a print job on all the files you tried to print , it has problems communicating. so there may be 3 culprits to this issue.
1. the port on the computer
2. the cable that connects printer to computer
3. the port on the printer itself
i would suggest that you first try to replace the cable
then if its the same issue, try it on a different port on the computer or try an entirely different computer. if its still the same, check your warranty option with the manufacturer
if the printer only stops on a specific file only, then that particular file may be too large for the printer. try to redo the file.
