If it's the T105G (same one I have), here's how:

Select "Menu"
Select "Tools"
Select "Alarms"
Make sure "Wake-Up Alarm" (1) is highlighted and press "Options"
Press "Select"
Press the ">" key to turn alarm on
Pres the "v" key to highlight "Alarm Time"
Enter the alarm time with the keypad
Press "Save"

I don't know how many other Samsung models TracFone sells. If yours isn't the same one and doesn't work the same way, you can check TracFone's website for details.

You do it via the Tracfone website or you can phone them. You can't move it to another telco.

LG441 tracfone, how to set alarm

Tap the Settings icon (four squares), tap the Alarm icon, tap New Alarm, set the time and am/pm, set the day of week, set the tone and volume and any other desired options, then tap Save.

How to turn off alarm?

Alarm
Your mobile phone has a built-in alarm clock
with a snooze feature. You can set up to five
separate alarms and choose whether or not
the alarm should repeat.
Setting an Alarm
1. From the main menu, select Alarm.
2. To edit the alarm, press the () key. The
following options display:
• Time: Set the specified time for this
alarm.
• Repeat: Select Once (default)/Every day/
Days or customize as preferred.
• Snooze: The alarm will repeat at regular
intervals.
