I have a 5 year old RCA RT2400R that will not power on. The standby light is lit on the power button and there are no signs of burned up components inside the case. I have had it to two different repair shops and gotten two different answers. The authorized RCA place said the trouble was "bad solder" which was affected by heat. The other place said the problem is a faulty control processor.
