NO OS told at all, not one clue, and w7 is max but not told. windows 8 up i no good here. driver match OS + chips + oem mobo design. a 3 way match, yes there are ways to cheat but I will not type 10 pages of text to do that. sorry.
why not just try first see what fails and work those load to ssd drive and is 30mins work too top all that, w7. It will not catch fire, loading w7. great question but foxconnchannel.com DIY mobo went dead 2012. so support ended then. if mobo came new in OEM PC say so and maker name and model. we can not guess OEM mobo, like you present. Nforce is dead now. but the last AMD driver, MS ended support to , due to AMD ends

Hi ' first try to check all wire if it is insert properly but if still not working good the cause is sometimes errors on hard drive to boot your system because of bad sectors ' try to reinstall a new operating system,thanks for using fixya. . . . .
just re-jumper the settings of the BIOS into pin1&2 for 5-10secs then plug the power cable but do not turn on the power, after that place it back to pin2&3 for the normal settings then turn PC on and access your bios..

I would assume you've tried different ports and different keyboards. If you have, I'd contact the reseller and RMA the board. There's really nothing you can do with a board that won't go into the setup. Just for kicks, remove the CMOS battery on the board before you email/call the reseller.
Will your system come up in safe mode? Try a shutdown and unplug the tower. Plug the tower back in and see if it will come up in safe mode. If it does, go to "control panel", find "device manager" and right click on it. Find "display adaptors" and click on box at right(has a little + inside), it should drop down your device. right click o it and you sjhould see 'enable" or "disable". If it says enable click on that ad you should be good to go. Make sure your connections between tower and monitor are good.
Have you checked in the BIOS if it's active/not disabled? If yes, have you installed its driver (along al the others)? If not , get them from http://www.foxconnchannel.com/support/downloads.aspx?ProductModel=M61PMV&TypeID=en-us0000004
If yes, have you checked that in Device Manager the LAN connection is correctly recognized?
