I have the Legacy model 3530-3630 gas/electric stove.....my problem is this: for the past few days there is what sounds like a fan running in the oven. This runs constantly whether I am using the oven...

This is the convection fan. My hearland range does this too, after power loss in the house. I cancel it by starting and then stopping convection mode. ie. hit convection (fan icon) start (running man) and then cancel (X).

I dont know how to use a convection oven

A convection oven really is little different on the chefs part with the exception of modifying your cooking times, and pressing the convection setting button (if there is one). The only difference between a convection oven and a standard oven is there is a built in fan in the rear that circulates the air within the oven to prevent hot spots and "cooler" areas.
I believe that should clarify unless there is some specific aspect of your range that you do not understand. Just turn on the oven like normal, it will do the rest.

After baking and trying to set time bake a week ago, the range won't turn on at all. Nothing happens when we press bake, broil, convect bake, etc. The clock, lights, fan, timer and cook top still work.

the oven controller in the main service/selection panel has either a bad solder joint on the circuits or the start realy for the oven on the same circuit board is bad and you have to replace the whole panel you cannot just buy the relay

Oven with convection - when baking cookies, cakes, etc they aren't getting done. Bottom and middle is soggy. Both coils look to be heating, convection fan is working.

Set the temperature one position higher. Convection ovens have a more even heat spread so if you used to bake at the top of your old oven it will now be slightly lower temperature

The oven function (broil, bake, etc) knob does not light

Open high limit or bad relay most likely.
The relays are located on the back side.
The limit I am not sure where it is stashed.

Electrolux built in wall oven, lights and digital display work fine, fan works fine, but the oven will not heat regardless of the mode (broil, bake, convention roast, convection bake)

Hello stevefer
Welcome.

You said, Your Electrolux built in wall oven, lights and digital display work fine, fan works fine, but the oven will not heat regardless of the mode (broil, bake, convention roast, convection bake)

First,
1.What is the Model Number and the year of your wall oven?
2.Did the oven light up and display with any error codes?
3. Did you try to turn the breaker off for 5 minutes to see if this will reset the system?

Perhaps the heating element is failing and may need to be replaced.
I will be able to better assist you when you reply with this information.
Waiting your response.
Huuum
