How do i get a new driver

I bought this mp3 player without a driver because I didn't think I needed one I thought my computer would view it as an external hard drive basically is there a way i can download a driver for this thing.

I did it but the window is saying that there is no source of memory or something like that

Not charging


Try connecting directly to USB port on your computer, NOT a hub. It needs power to charge.

go to sandisk.com and you can download driver under "support" section .try this:
when you "un-install" or "dis-enable" the device, you must then re-boot your computer to essentially wipe out any memory of this device. When you start your computer back up, then plug in your device, your computer should see it as "new hardware" and install the correct drivers for it.

If your new computer is running Windows Vista, you need t get the Sansa Firmware Updater and update the firmware.

Sandisk is not detected in Vista operating system notebook

The most common reason for this problem is not having the latest Windows Media Player installed, or having a Windows OS version that is not supported by the Sansa player.
The Sansa players support Windows XP SP2 and Windows Vista and above. If your operating system version is supported by the Sansa player:
SOLUTION 1 – Download and install the latest Windows Media Player

SOLUTION 2 – If that didn’t help, and you are running Windows Vista, apply the following hotfix - KB940199
SOLUTION 3 – If that didn’t help, download and Install the MTP Porting Kit (click here)
SOLUTION 4 – If that didn’t help, try connecting the device to the PC using MSC mode

View/c200: Turn on & press and hold the rewind button while plugging into the PC

Computer doesn't recognize unit when connected


I am guessing there is a problem with the driver for the audio player. I have a Coby Audio Player MP-C827, and one day my brother decided to just remove it from the computer without correctly stopping it. Ever since, whenever I plug in it into my PC, it just does not open...nothing happens. And I don't have the cd to re-install the driver files. With respect to all of the above, a driver file which is needed by the mp3 is either damaged or corrupt. Contact me at ramone.williams89@gmail.com
