I wrote here before that after I added a sandisk expantion card my player got stuck and now it doesn't turn on. when i plug it into the computer it just lights up and nothing is written on the screen. I think I know enough to check the battary and the lock position before I panick. it's not locked and the battary is brand new and even works somewhere else. the player is completly dead - what should i do?...

This player sucks. both me and my mother had this player and both of them just died completly. all it says is that i have to format the player but when i connect it to the computer it gets stuck on "formatting" and nothing happens. I totally given up this player and bought a sandisk one. at least sandisk takes responsibility for their players.
