I have a Briggs and Stratton 6.5 Quantum Powerwasher. I cannot get it started. I think I am missing a step. Could anyone help me?

Engine start procedures begin on page 7 of the operator's manual. There is one very important step and that is to turn ON the fuel selector (if equipped).

This engine came in 3 different types.
Primber bulb
Manual choke
and Ready Start (auto choke)

If your still haing problems you can contact Briggs and Stratton at 1-800-233-3723. The will walk you through the start process. The will ask you for your engine number. An example of an engine number is: 126T02-0209-B1 They will need the complete number that is usually stamped on the air shroud just above the spark plug wire.
