We recently moved our offices and when we set up the IntelliFax fax machine we discovered that we cannot receive any faxes. We can send them, but we can't receive any. Any ideas on what the problem is and how to solve it??

Try calling the fax machine from your mobile and see if it picks up or if anything shows up on the screen of the fax machine. Is it possible that you have plugged the fax machine into the wrong telephone line? Try sending a fax to your mobile phone and see that the number is correct.
Problem lies in your Receive Mode setting. If you don't have a dedicated phone line for the fax machine, you need to set it up for either Manual where you answer every call or Fax/Tel whereby the Fax machine determines if the incoming call is a fax or phone call.
