If the audio jack is not COMPLETELY seated in the socket at the rear of the Lyra Wireless receiver, you will not hear audio. Audio jacks connected to appropriate input on audio equipment? Source selector on audio equipment set appropriately? Volume levels set on MusicMatch software and audio equipment? Batteries in the remote control?
