Question about Computers & Internet
It seems like the On Off (power) switch is broken. Is there a way to fix it or do we have to replace the BEZEL ?
Where can I order this part?
Under the computer there are many screws. but the two under the screen area (on the bottom of the laptop) that are on the inside (not the outside edge) of the laptop hold down the bezel with the power button. once these are out, slip a screwdriver or butterknife under the bezel from the gap between the keyboard/bezel. gently pry up and it will pop out. MAKE SURE the screen is lying flat because the parts of the bezel that cover the screen hinges go behind that area.

For temporary useyou can use a pointing object to switch it on...but for repair you need to call Gateway...
