Restore Dell Inspiron M5040 to factory settings

Resetting a Dell Inspiron to the factory settings allows the user to restore the Dell Inspiron to the original operating condition as if it was just taken out of the box. Dell system includes a restore utility called 'Dell Symantec System Restore' to reset or restore your Dell system to factory setting.

Ok,Please go for a system restore. But remember it will restore your Pc back to a previous state when it is used to work without any problems. So that means all your data is going to be erased and be restored to that date when it used to work properly.
