The passkey is the code that is found in your router security settings, each routers number is different, so look in the router, as you must of initially done this to get your pc to connect wirelessly

Is there a fix to wii error code 50300 ?

The Wii console's internet connection settings are not correct. This could include your network name (SSID), WEP or WPA keys, or any manual settings you may have entered.
It's possible something has changed since you last connected online with your Wii console. Try setting up a new connection file, using your router's settings.
While "Search for an Access Point" is the easiest and recommended connection type, your network may require you to use the "Manual Setup" option.
If the problem persists, try our general troubleshooting for tips.
If you are still getting this error code, please call 1-800-255-3700 for further assistance.

How to you get ur wii connect to internet ? do u have to have wirless internet

If you do not have wireless you will need this adapter to connect via a wired ethernet connection
http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/systems/wii/en_na/acc/wiiLAN.jsp

If you do have a wireless setup, enter the console settings and go to network settings and you will be able to set up the wii to access the internet via a wireless connection.

My Wei will pick up my wireless connection but won't connect to the net. I'm clueless help

You're probably putting in the wrong settings Check http://www.home-network-help.com/nintendo-wii-internet-access.html

If it's still failing try setting your wireless router to 802.11b wifi and remove all security so that thr connection is open. Then connect your Wii. When that works then you can start re-adding security and bumping up to 802.11g connection.

Wont connect to internet

Secure is not there to re-assure you, its telling you the network is password protected & you need the password to connect. The wireless key will appear on the staus screen of your router. Connect using a wire, goto the router status screen & write down the wireless key, try to re-connect wirelessly.

Belkin F5D5231-4 - create a wireless access point

I have had good luck with the NetGear Rangemax WPN824. It has multiple antennas that are supposed to provide better range, and your kids will like the blue blinking lights.
http://www.netgear.com/Products/RoutersandGateways/RangeMaxWirelessRoutersandGateways.aspx

Nintendo has a list of incompatible wireless routers:
http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/systems/wii/en_na/onlineWirelessRouterIncompatible.jsp

and the Rangemax is not incompatible.

Wii can use 802.11B or G.
http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/systems/wii/en_na/onlineWirelessRouterChoose.jsp

Since the Rangemax is both a wireless access point and a router (with 4 ethernet ports), you can just replace your existing router rather than plugging this router into your other one.
