WizSome CD/DVD units have a manual opening mechanism, it looks like a small hole on the front of the unit, try using a needle or a metal rod that fits by inserting it into the hole and pushing it should open the unit in case it got stuck somehow.
If afterwards it continues to work then all's good else you'll have to bring it to a workshop.
