You can purchase the plasma panel for $1094.43 from using the part number: MD42H11A1J. This part has a dud value of $200 which means that you will get a $200 refund once the bad one is returned.

Hope this helps,

I was just wondering if I could still get a replacement screen for this tv. Ours got broke.

I would imagine so,however, you will have to contact Panasonic or a local TV repair shop.I have tried to search for many TV parts and the makers will not give access to consumers to examine them. You have to be an authorized repair center to have a username and password for their sites.Repair shops also have a minimum parts price markup of 20%,sometimes more.Good luck! Broke sceen broke need to replace

You may not have good luck. These sets are aging fast. But you may try your local TV shop for a used one. Or check with Andrews Electronics .com. Maybe MCM electronics. Or you may even take out an ad in the newspaper!

Found out that my power supply was not providing the necessary wattage for my tv to turn on. where can I pick up a used but good power supply.

You can check a local TV repair shop, or online auction site for a used replacement or even a non OEM replacement power supply.

Tv fell and landed on the corner of my cocktail table. Now the screen(s) has a big gash in it. how much does it cost to fix it? Where do i go?

I'm not sure what your local TV repair shop would charge to repair the screen. You can usuallyfind a local repair shop in your telephone book under "TV Repair". They usually will give you a quote over the phone and some will give you the option of bringing the TV to the shop for repair, or they will come to your house(for a charge, of course) and transport it to their shop. Not all repair shops offer this service, especially in smaller towns, so be sure and ask if they offer this if transporting the TV yourself is a problem. Good luck! Hope this helps...

Screens broke

You can go to and use your model number to see if they are still available . They are somewhat easy to install by removing the speaker grille on the bottom thus exposing the screws hold the frame that secures your screens . Sometimes the screws are on the back side holding the screen . Send a picture of your tv if you think you might want to try it yourself . The screens can be expensive . Also try to call around to see if a repair shop might have some used ones that will work with your tv that are in good condition . Could save big bucks . Good luck

Color is warped and wrong

A convergence amp has failed. Very common. Plan on just replacing both STK modules (big flat circuit modules mounted on a big heat sink) with upgraded parts. Good ones cost about $40 each. Then readjust the convergence. Total cost at a shop is $250-$400.
Hope Ya Fix It.
