Absolutely! Check to make sure that you are getting fire at the plug before moving on to my Tips. If you don't get spark at the plug, then you have a bad Ignition Coil (Module).
Here are a couple of my Tips that you will definitely need to check: http://www.fixya.com/support/r6078121-fuel_line_relacement_trimmer_weedeater

What are the air and gas settings for a poulan micro XXV chain saw

adjust the L screw in fully till right in,then out 1.5 turns, same with H screw. Then start saw, adjust L screw in or out slowly till you get max revs. You may need to lower idle via idle screw if revs too high. When screw cant acheive better revs, reset idle. Then, rev saw to max revs, adjusting H screw to get max revs, then when max revs acheived, turn screw anti clockwise 1/4 turn out. That gives it enough petrol to cool the tip of the plug

We need a manual to help replace the fuel line on a Poulan Deluxe Super 25

You do not need a manual; exactly like the video that follows:
http://www.fixya.com/support/r3706813-2_cycle_fuel_system_repair
No primer or second carburetor connection. Be kind to the oil pump; they are no longer available.

All fuel components are on the "Ignition, Electrical & Flywheel" print here (filter and hose are available):

Poulan Micro Super XXV Deluxe S250?

Just like the video:
Fuel Line Replacement by SmallEng.com
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JrXpU70Hmi0

The IPL (exploded parts list) for your saw is the only detail for fuel line routing and it is sketchy at best. Fuel components and part numbers are listed but may be on different illustrations. They are also beneficial with disassembly/reassembly:

Need to know gas oil ratio on poulan micro xxv deluxe

Fuel/Oil Mixture
  1. Use a quality 2 cycle oil and mix it to the OIL supplier's recommended ratio. Today I use Stihl 2 cycle oil mixed @ 50:1 in a Pioneer that I purchased new in 1980. There are no gouges or scratches on the piston or cylinder and I have no carbon build up on the piston top. The manual (on stone tablets) recommends 24:1. Over the years the mixture has leaned from 24:1 (Saw Recommendation) to 28:1 (Lawn boy mower recommendation) to 32:1 (Oil provider 8oz/2gal - used for many years) and finally the last 5 (±) years 50:1 (Stihl 2.6oz/1gal)
  2. Any fuel containing ethanol is not good with chainsaws. Mix what you expect to use within a few months. Anything over 6 months old use up in a 4 cycle engine. HTH
