If this has always happened in your camera, then it is a Bad feature of the camera.  Some cameras dont switch back to the shooting mode after deleting or reviewing pictures.  Try a higher model camera from the same manufacturer to see if they all do it.  Good luck, and dont forget to rate me, or ask for more help NGK

What's your problem?hello how do I get my vivicam vivitar camera out of macro mode it says my card is full but this is not the case. I can't take any pictures can you help

There's a switch on the end of the camera near the USB slot. Slide it away from the flower position to take it out of macro mode.

As for the memory card, what size is it? Have you formatted it?

How do you delete pictures from the camera card

The best way to delete pictures from a memory card, and something you should do EVERY time you finish download pictures to your computer, is to format the card in the camera. This keeps the card from being fragmented. Otherwise you're all but guaranteed to run into problems later.

How do you look at pictures that you have just taken?

Press the Home button. Touch the right-pointing arrow to enter Playback mode. Here you can view the photos and videos you've taken. You can also rotate, protect, delete and crop your photos and you can protect and delete videos. You can also go into thumbnail view to see more than one picture at a time.

You can download a manual from http://vivitar.com
