Open top menu and select "Connectivity", which is present in settings section. In that, open "Streaming settings". Touch on button below the Internet profile. Select the internet profile that you are currently using for browsing or any streaming profile provided by your ISP.(E.g., BSNL provides separate profile called bsnlstream for streaming and bsnlnet for browsing, whereas, providers such as Tata Docomo provide TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNET as APN for both browsing and streaming). Hence, select appropriate profile according to your ISP. Now you will be able to play youtube videos

you need to reflash your gs500v mobile using gsmulti 3.0, use windows xp

Based on the information provided it sound like the microphone has malfunctioned and these microphones can be replaced. Can you recall an incident that may have occurred to cause this issue. ie Dropped, exposed to liquid?
