Hello. I read one of your comments on the Rca tv's. Well i am having the same type of issue. It is a Rca Scenium 52" tv. We have only had it for about 4 years. It has worked fine all this time, till about 3 weeks ago. Now when you try to turn it on, all you get is the green light on, then off, then on again, then off, then on again, then off for the final time and you have to wait at least 30 seconds before it will even try again. It has taken me up to 4 hours to get it on with continuous fighting. I tried unplugging it over night, still did it. Could it be a fuse? But with the light coming on and after a while the whole tv comes on, would that be all that is? Please give me and idea on what it could be. This tv cost us 2500.00 and i dont have another possibly 500.00 to fix it. Thank you.

Had the same problem. With mine the other day you probably moved your Playstation 3 too another tv and set your 1080i,720,480 to high deaf on settings in Playstation. You have to change them back to automatic that TV says HDTV but it only plays Playstation 3 on 480 checked in settings of Playstation. Played mine for 4 years on that TV moved and got a 3d wifi then dad got him one And was going to trash that RCA but I told him I would take it for now too keep from buying another TV at this time got it in my new home wouldn't play video but it. would sound tried different cables but still now change. But remembered i changed all of my settings over when I got 3D TV. Playstation 3 hadn't been on know other TV. Since I owned it but that RCA now won't work then came to me last night and playing it on both TVs but you have to change the settings on it before moving it or you cant see the screen to fix it do that guarantee it will fix it. Like you said everything else works PS 1,PS 2,DVD, cable, but PS 3 won't its the settings in theme, and audio.
RCA Scenium HDTV (Model #: D52W135D)(Chasis # ATC221) WILL NOT TURN ON!! When plugged in after a while of being unplugged the front power light will flash green lights first once...then 9 more times. I can hear the static in the back but nothing will turn on. It really sucks becuase we were just watch yesterday, turned it off after a while of it being on(I don't know if that matters) then the next day in the morning I tried to turn it on and it wouldn't turn on... :Z PLEASE HELP!!
This tv have 2 problems than, the tv projection lamp life is over, that why the picture is dim, must be to replaced with a new picture lamp. The tv convergence board the 2 STK convergence ICS and some or all the resistors are dead.Replaced all these parts to solved the convergence problems.
Ours used to do that - and then we moved it to another state with us. Since the move it doesn't shut itself off anymore. I suspect that the problem was dirt and dust inside which got knocked loose in the move and the shutdown was due to thermal limits being exceeded. You may want to try vacuuming or blowing out the dust inside if you feel comfortable opening up the unit.
The mesh of the tv is torn and the part that surround the screen has chips? Where can I have this replace? Also, how much will it cost roughly together with having the tv check that everything is okay as this was transported from one place to another. I want to make sure all the parts inside are all intact and nothing is loose. Thanking you in advance.
Check your audio out configurations on your TV menu, this includes mute and volume control. After checking them, then try to see if any audio is coming out of the other audio outputs. If there is, then you may have damaged speakers. If there is no audio on any of the outputs you may have a damaged audio output processor or a poor connection in the audio section. If this is an audio circuitry issue; I would suggest that you take the unit to a TV repair shop for an estimate, and let them repair it.
