Trouble with uploading files to my phone - Samsung Multimedia Manager

Everytime I try to open the Samsung Multimedia Manager I get this message:

The procedure entry point ?SetSkin5@CxSkinButtonEx@@QAEXPAUHBITMAP__@@FFF@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library Share_control.dll.

Anyone know how I can fix this so I can finally put some music and photos onto my phone?

Samsung PC Studio allows you to easily manage the files in your Samsung mobile phone. The first step is to connect the Samsung mobile phone to the PC. You can choose and configure the type of connection that your phone uses: USB, Bluetooth, Infrared or Serial. By connecting your mobile phone to your PC you have access to your personal data and multimedia files. This professional tool allows you to transfer files from your PC to your Samsung mobile phone or to retrieve personal data from your phone like your phonebook and organizer. You can modify different multimedia files with the "Multimedia Manager" option. All you have to do is to import the files from your phone, PC or CD, edit them and then send the created files back to your phone. With the "Multimedia Player" you can reproduce multimedia files that are compatible with the phone (movies, sounds and multimedia messages). Samsung PC Studio also allows you to organize and edit your phone and multimedia messages on your PC or to create new multimedia messages directly on your PC and send them via the mobile phone. This application offers interesting features, such as an option to synchronise the data saved in the phone and the data saved in the PC, and a Networking Wizard that allows you to connect to the Internet using your mobile phone as a modem.

Can't get photos from the Temporary file to the main computer files

well, if you can. Get a SD card adaptor or whatever mem card you use. Then get a Card reader. This is the only way i use. Perfect everytime. The adaptor is about £7 and the card reader is in most supermarkets for about £10

locate the file called Share_control.dll (it's in the Samsung PC Studio 3 folder).  Delete this file and then reinstall the update from the web.

Memory stick

If you are using a PC to upload files onto your phone, here is the folder structure:

- "DCOM" folder, contains the photos that are taken by the camera of the phone.
- "MSSEMC" folder has a "Media Files" subfolder. You can organize your multimedia files here.
Access:
"audio" folder = Menu > File Manager > Sounds
"image" folder = Menu > File Manager > Pictures
"video" folder = Menu > File Manager > Videos
"theme" folder = Menu > File Manager > Themes
"other" folder = Menu > File Manager > Other
"webpage" folder = Menu > File Manager > Web pages
- Otherwise, if you create any folder in the Root directory of your memory card and put the files in it, the phone should recognise the types of files and you should be able to reach the files from:
Menu > File Manager > "Choose Media Type"

Hope this helps,
