a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US. click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need. Goodluck!

If the message you are receiving is something like"Cricket07.exe has encountered an error, and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience" etc, then this is most likely due to outdated video card drivers. Update your drivers to the latest version for your card, and then try the game again. Hope that helps. Cheers from NZ :D
Right click on the game icon, select properties and select the
compatibility tab. From there check the "Run this program in
compatibility mode for:" box and select Windows XP (Service Pack 2). It
might be good to also check "Disable visual themes" and "Disable
desktop composition" Hope it helps.

GE computer accessories are now sold and supported by Jasco. Their download page has drivers for your webcam; unfortunately they don?t have any Vista certified drivers. Unfortunately lots of hardware manufacturers are not creating new Vista capable drivers for older equipment and I suspect Jasco will follow the trend as well. You can try downloading the latest XP driver from their site and seeing how it works but in the long run you may just be better off getting a more mainstream product with Vista drivers.
