It could be that your Keurig's water line is clogged. To flush out debris, run water through your brewer a few times without a K-Cup. I'd recommend this step if your Keurig is brewing some coffee, just not a full cup.
Turn off your brewer and use an unfolded paperclip to clean out the holes in the top needle.
Still won't brew? Try the burp and slap method: unplug, remove water reservoir, turn your Keurig over and spank its bottom.
If you've given your Keurig a good spanking and it still won't behave, contact Keurig (866-901-BREW) for help.
If you are talking about the K-cup holder that punches the bottom of the k-cups, they usually are not for sale, and you can only find them on ersale sites like Ebay.etc...
you could also go buy a "Keurig My K-Cup Reusable Coffee Filter"
and just use the main grey plastic filter holder... but you will have to puncture the bottom of the k-cups yourself before dropping them into the holder...
You wont need the filter basket or the lid if your using k-cups... just the filter holder...
your talking about the k cup holder, the black funnel part, this website sells all kinds of keurig parts check it out hope it helps

Make sure the needle in the bottom of the K cup holder is not missing, broken or bent. Also, look at your used K cup when it comes out. Is there a hole in the top and the bottom? It sounds like the pressure is building up within the K cup due to a backup at the bottom of it. This could also occur if the bottom needle hole is obstructed. Be careful...the needles are sharp!
I don't know if you've tried this, but it works like gangbusters for me. I use non-senseo pods with the 2-pod holder, and they're too big for the 1-pod holder but not quite big enough for the 2-pod one.
I would frequently end up with a lousy, weak cup of coffee, and after a little investigation I deduced that water was flowing into the pod holder and AROUND the pod, without going THROUGH the pod directly. The name-brand senseo pods fit perfectly, and always produce a strong cup, even if I don't like their coffee, and it's because there's such a tight seal between where water flows in and where it flows out.
Simple solution: Put your pod in with the flat part facing up, and the bulgy part facing down. Press it down hard into the 2-cup holder. Run a little HOT tap water, and lightly wet the surface of the pod--not so much water that the pod starts floating in the holder, but enough to get it soggy. Then make your cup of coffee. The water will flow through the pod first, and kind of like siphoning gas through a hose, once it's started going through the pod it won't stop. Instant awesome cup.
